CBDT has already extended the Income tax return for salaried taxpayers and Non Tax Audit & Non Companies from 31st July 2019 to 31st August 2019. So From Today Only 8 Days are remaining for filing Income Tax Return. After that there is penalty of Rs. 5000/- for late filing of Income tax Return.

So All below taxpayers have to file return before 31st August 2019 :

1. Salaried class tax payer

2. Business (Proprietorship & Partnership ) having turnover below Rs. 2 Crore

3. Non Companies 

All these returns have to file in Income Tax Forms ITR-1 to ITR-5 for respective tax payer.
